(1) create a file, press Ctrl+M to open the movie properties dialog box, and set the animation properties: the frame rate is set to 15fps, and the background color is set to black.
(2) Press Ctrl+F8 to create a new symbol, and the symbol type is set as: movie clip, named as: picture; In the symbol editing environment, press Ctrl+R to import a graphic file to be used as a picture for future use.
(3) Press Ctrl+F8 to create a new symbol. The symbol type is set to: Figure, and it is named: Water Wave. Enter the symbol editing environment and start making water waves: select the rectangular tool, draw some small strips, and adjust the small strips with the arrow tool to achieve the effect of water waves.
(4) Click the scene in the upper left corner of the window on the time axis, return to the main scene, change the name of the layer to picture, open the symbol panel, drag the picture symbol to the workspace, adjust the appropriate position, and then add a layer, named the basemap, and put it under the picture layer; Drag the picture symbol from the symbol panel to the workspace, and execute the "Modify/Transform/Flip Vertical" command to flip the picture vertically, and then adjust the relative position after it expires.
(5) Add two layers on these two layers, named water wave and mask respectively, and the water wave layer is on it. Set the picture layer and the bottom picture layer to be invisible, select the first frame of the water wave layer, and drag the water wave symbol to a position near the center of the workspace. You can use the arrow keys to adjust. Press F6 at the 35th frame of the water wave layer to adjust the position and shape of the water wave. Right-click the 1 frame of the water wave layer and select the command "Create tween" from the pop-up menu. Copy and paste the bottom picture in the bottom picture layer to the mask layer, then press Ctrl+I, select the effect tab on the example panel that appears, select alpha, change the setting value to 40%, set the bottom picture to be visible, and adjust the picture position on the mask picture layer so that the total picture position and the picture position on the bottom picture layer are slightly staggered, as shown in the following figure, right-click the water wave layer to set it as a mask, and press Ctrl+Enter to set it all.
