4, candied dates
There are red dates all over the country, but the candied dates in Qiandao Lake are particularly unique, with large shape, small core, crisp texture and even threads. According to legend, when Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty went down to the south of the Yangtze River, he tasted Chun 'an candied dates, which were unique in taste, sweet but not greasy, and were designated as tributes.
