At 1947, most delivery tasks have been finished. Allied headquarters decided to distribute 24 Japanese destroyers and coastal defense ships with less than 68 destroyers to China, the United States, Britain and the Soviet Union in three batches. The lottery ceremony was held in the auditorium of Allied Headquarters in Tokyo on June 28th, 1947. The following is a list of three Japanese ships drawn by China:

1. 1 The Japanese compensation ship was handed over in Shanghai on July 6, 1947.

Destroyers:, Chumei, Feng.

Coastal defense ships: Osaka, Haiphong 14, 67, 194, 2 15.

2. The second batch of Japanese compensation ship 1947 was handed over in Shanghai on July 3rd1.

Destroyer; Cedar and Stern

Coastal defense ships: Ma Dui, Haiphong No.85, 1 18, 192, 198, 205.

3. The third batch of Japanese compensation ship 1947 was handed over in Qingdao on August 30th.

Destroyer: jathyapple

Coastal defense ships: Five Dynasties, Yin Qi, Haiphong No.40, 8 1, 104, 107.

Transport ship: transport number 16

When the three batches were handed over after the lottery, in August of 13, the allied headquarters added the remaining 39 auxiliary ships to the distribution list, so there was a second lottery. The following is the list of Japanese ships drawn by China in the fourth batch:

Minelaying ship: Jeju
