Should a Buddha made of jade be worn? Is it disrespectful to Buddha?

According to the teacher, it is best not to bring Buddha, which is not respectful, but will bless. Unless you have received the three commandments and a clean body. It is best to bring Buddhist mantras, such as shurangama mantra. If you have been blessed by a monk who keeps a clean body or a white layman who doesn't eat wine and meat at home and has no desires, so much the better. Taboo: 1. Couples should take it down and put it in a Buddhist temple or a clean place when they live.

2. Don't let the dirty things such as foot washing water, dirty water and feces pollute the mantras inside. Otherwise, the aura will be gone, and a new one will have to be hired.

( 1935)

Reprinting the sword of the lay man: I received two copies of "The Wrong Road" three days ago. It's natural to see the attached badge. In the second year of the Republic of China, a Taoist priest from Fayuan Temple in Beijing held a memorial service for the Buddha's birthday, taking siddhattha gotama as the emblem, and never knew anything about it. Later, Daojie came to Putuo and presented a badge to Guang Guang, who accused him of blasphemy. 12 years later, it is still the same. Shanghai is close behind, and so are the laymen today. The crime of making figurines begins with the steps. Sister Dao can still give lectures, but it's a pity to be respectful and not talk. All people who come to the meeting must wear badges, and it is not appropriate to worship Buddha. If you worship others, you will be blessed with others. However, it is now advocated by the Taoist order, and it has become a universal rule. I also know that this matter is not easy to clean up, but when I am a layman in love, it is necessary to say it. ……

Translation, printing master light wrote:

In the second year of the Republic of China, Taoist priests held a memorial service for the Buddha's birthday, using siddhattha gotama as a badge (not a seal, but for wearing). I (the master of printing light) absolutely don't know about it.

After this incident, the Taoist priest came to Putuo and gave me a badge, which I denounced as blaspheming the Three Treasures. In 12 years of the Republic of China, they were still using the Buddha as a badge, and Shanghai followed suit. Now the laity has done the same. The initiator of this behavior is the Taoist priest.

Taoist priests can give lectures, but they respect this respect, but they don't speak at all. What a sigh. Everyone attending this meeting should wear a badge made of this Buddha.

It is not appropriate to wear this badge to worship Buddha;

Wear this badge to worship others, and both the wearer and the worshiped will be blessed.

But now what Sister Dao advocates has become the general trend, and I know this matter is not easy to clean up, but you lay people want me to say that I have to say this for you.

Sincerely wish you a reply on May 15.

Nowadays, good men believe that women lay mostly in jade (or gold and silver). ) Buddha statue and Guanyin pendant are used as amulets. They not only don't wear clothes outside, but also cling to their skin. They don't take it off when they go to the bathroom or take a shower. The crime of blasphemy is not shallow! I also want to grow good things and eliminate disasters according to this. Is there any reason to do so? ! There are even rumors that' men wear Guanyin and women wear Buddha' to reconcile the yin and yang of the human body, which is really nonsense! Master Yin Guang is the incarnation of Bodhisattva. He has been in Chen Qi since this abuse began. In view of this abuse, I hereby record Dashi's French for the public! I only hope that the public will cherish the blessings and not suffer!

There are many Buddhist protectors, which should be based on my Buddhist scriptures. Such as shurangama mantra. The Shurangama Sutra at the top of the Buddha said: "... if all the world, together with all the living beings in the country, wrote this spell in white with birch bark and leaves (folded hair) and stored it in a sachet. What is not recited is a cowardly heart. Or take it with you. Or in the library. When you know that people do their best in life, all kinds of drugs can't hurt them. ……"

The merits of this volume are incredible! There are too many records here). There are also many wearable amulets in tantric classics, and the merits and demerits are incredible! Now science and technology have processed many exquisite ornaments of various textures, and the built-in charm not only protects the body, but also keeps the beauty. It is a good way to replace the Buddha pendant! I hope that the public will spread it widely and get extraordinary benefits!

It is best to wear the Buddha statue carefully and put on some preventive measures.

In recent years, some people who don't know much about Buddhism want to rely on Buddhist mascots as "amulets" for their own safety and good luck with their family and friends. Some handicraft manufacturers take the opportunity to cater to people's psychological needs, using Buddha and Bodhisattva as "amulets" such as badges and gold cards, and advocating that "men bring Guanyin and women bring Buddha". Some even cast Buddha statues on gold rings, not only taking them to unclean places such as toilets, but also using hands with Buddhist rings.

As the Buddhist scripture says, "It is a crime for a person not to wash his hands and worship Buddha after going to the toilet, and he will be caught in the toilet after death." Then the crime of going to the toilet with a Buddha statue is even greater.

It can be seen that the badge of Buddha and Bodhisattva is guilty and has no protective effect. In the scriptures, the Buddha mentioned many times that people should call the names of Buddha and Bodhisattva, and never said that people should wear Buddha statues. Nowadays, many businessmen who only care about immediate interests, and even some monasteries, are also making money by "protecting Buddha". There are also a few monks who have just become monks, and they also give them away with badges such as Buddha statues and gold cards. In fact, they all commit crimes without knowing it, and the future is extremely bitter.

There are also many people who have printed Buddhist scriptures in recent years, or printed Buddha statues on the cover of the scriptures, which is inappropriate and should be printed on the second page of the scriptures.

Most people who come to temples burn incense, but now many incense factories do not improve the quality of incense, but use statues of Buddha and Bodhisattva as packaging to attract pilgrims. People spend money to buy inferior incense, and the packaging printed with Buddha statues is still in the trash can, or it is trampled on the ground. This is really an unimaginable sin.

I hope that people of insight will not buy incense printed with Buddha statues in the future, and incense factories will not use Buddha statues as trademark packaging, but should improve the quality of incense. In this way, people who make incense and people who buy incense can benefit from sin and benefit together.

If you want to get the real benefits of Buddhism, you must demand respect. Please be honest and trustworthy, respect the three treasures, and be mutually beneficial.

Real protective equipment should be "mantras" and "spells" written by blessing, not Buddha statues hanging on the body; The Buddha statue is solemn and solemn, which makes us awe. Therefore, learning Buddhism should respect and cultivate the three treasures. Of course, you can't circulate the residual Buddha statue (that is, the Buddha statue without the whole body), otherwise there will be happiness if you are guilty.
