How is cement made?

The cement production process is as follows: The first step is to crush limestone, water, iron ore and other materials together, and then preliminarily mix and heat them evenly.

The second step is to control the proportion of production raw materials. Generally speaking, cement powder only accounts for about 40%, and other raw materials account for about 60%. The proportions are based on the needs of different building structures.

The third step is to mix all the raw materials together evenly after being crushed into powder.

The fourth step is to preheat the raw materials and decompose some required chemical components, while discarding the unnecessary components.

The fifth step is to burn cement clinker, put the decomposed raw materials into the kiln and burn them until they become liquid.

The sixth step is to dry and grind it into powder. The liquid cement is dried first, then crushed into powder, and finally packed in packaging bags.
