Brief introduction of Xiangjiang No.1 project

Xiangjiang River No.1 is adjacent to Xiangjiang River in the west, standing shoulder to shoulder with the planned Xiangjiang River scenic belt; It is adjacent to Jinxia in the east and faces Zhou Nan Middle School, a provincial key middle school under construction next to Jinxia Avenue. South of the Group's planning avenue and Xiufeng Park; The north is closely connected with Eyangshan Park, which has a culture of 5,000 years. The land where the project is located is mostly hilly and mountainous, high in the east and low in the west, high in the north and low in the south. Most of them are covered by vegetation, and few farmers. It is a natural natural resource and an ideal ecological residential area. There are main entrances and exits on the east and west sides of the residential land, and an east-west main road separates the residential land from the first phase of the project. Xiangjiang No.1 is located in the central hinterland of the center group of Changsha Economic Development Zone, with a total area of about 2,400 mu (including Eyangshan Ecological Park). Located at the intersection of Furong North Road and Chuangyuan Road, it is adjacent to Xiangjiang River in the west (riverbank line 1km) and Furong North Road in the east, only 10 minutes' drive from Wu Jialing business circle. It is a traditional land of geomantic omen in Changsha.

Xiangjiang No.1 has a planned total construction area of nearly one million square meters.
