Qin, a native of machang town, Shuyang, Jiangsu, 1939, is a family of traditional Chinese medicine. He has been engaged in the research and practical application of Yi-ology for more than 50 years, and is a favorite pupil of Mr. Yin, a famous Yi-ology scholar.
