As long as we take it seriously with a normal heart, we can enjoy the happiness and harvest brought by the participation process, which is also a kind of satisfaction and a positive attitude. Maybe this failure is the starting point of your next success, so the result is not the most important. This idea is very calm, and I silently comfort and encourage myself to "do my best and leave no regrets."
First of all, let me talk about my competition process and feelings: lecture competition: adopting a more formal competition process, that is, drawing lots one day in advance, and the competition lasts for three days, with seven people on the first day and six people on the second and third days. Generally speaking, our minds have a new understanding of the implementation of this course, while ignoring going to other cities to attend classes. After returning to the hotel, we conducted a new round of investigation and made clear the design idea of this class. Teacher Zhang asked me to sort out the teaching plan, write the teaching design of this class, analyze the learning situation, and let me get familiar with the process of the last cartwheel class as soon as possible. He took Mr. Li Gang from No.26 Middle School and Mr. Song Jun from No.24 Middle School out to help me buy things for class. After I finished the teaching plan, Mr. Zhang from our school accompanied me and helped me design the course. I have some confidence in this course again.
The next afternoon, before class 10 minutes, I met my classmates in Class 3, Grade 2. However, through teacher Zhang's comments on my class again, I also thought about it carefully, and there are still many shortcomings. For example, I didn't observe the students in the audience in time, didn't let the backbone students show them, and didn't pay enough attention to skills, which made me feel that teachers should pay attention to details and ignore "details" in teaching, which might lead to "failure". As the saying goes, sand piles into towers and streams into rivers. Want to have a good class, really let me deeply understand the meaning of "one minute on stage, ten years off stage".
Secondly, taking part in this competition, I think the competition has the following advantages:

Looking back on these five days, which were dubbed "unbearable pain" by our participating teachers, two of them were time to prepare for the competition, which was stressful for the contestants, because they had to prepare teaching plans, design class schedules, prepare teaching AIDS at random, consider whether they could get good grades, and bear certain psychological pressure. The teaching design of the last lesson is the most important. It is not easy to embody the three-dimensional teaching objectives, teaching ideas, learning situation analysis, teaching material analysis, teaching strategies, difficulties, evaluation and teaching level. It is not difficult for people who have several years of teaching experience to explain a lesson. It is difficult to tell the same knowledge vividly, especially in the competition class. You can't win without surprises. This lesson plan has been changed six or seven times, and there are still many imperfections in the competition site. I feel particularly sorry. After all, such an opportunity is rare, but psychologically, teaching is actually an art of regret.
Of course, in this process, I learned a lot ... everything, bit by bit, busy or tired, but I finally completed the task successfully, which is inseparable from the Shinan team led by our teacher Zhang Peixin. Moreover, through this activity, I have exercised my teaching adaptability, studied and practiced the concept of new curriculum reform, and learned the shortcomings in my teaching, which has been inspired by many teachers and benefited a lot.
