Examination interview form in Shandong Province

There are three forms of civil servant interview in Shandong province: structured, leaderless group discussion and structured group discussion, as well as some special organizational forms. At present, the exam interview in Shandong Province mainly takes the form of structured interview, with a score of 100, and examiners and candidates draw lots. Structured interview is a standardized examination, that is to say, the implementation procedures of the whole organization are standardized, and the scenes faced by candidates are fixed, so this kind of examination has great fairness and impartiality, so structuralization is still an interview form adopted by most units. However, in the interview process, this kind of exam lacks a sense of interaction, and the examiner can't know the true state of the candidates, which is insufficient for the nature of the interview. Second, there is no leading group.

The difference between leaderless group discussion and structured interview is that leaderless group discussion interview adopts the form of group interview, and its organizational link includes free discussion and summary besides the answering stage of structured interview. The simulated scene is the absence of leaders and the form of group decision-making. Therefore, in the whole promotion process, although the overall sense of interaction is increased, it is easy to appear confusion and irregularity, and the right to speak of each candidate is also unbalanced, so it is difficult to ensure fairness.

Third, structured group discussion.

Structured groups have structural characteristics in organizational form. During this period, every interviewer has an equal opportunity to express himself. From answering questions in turn to evaluating and answering each other, the order and time are stipulated in advance, so it has the characteristics of fairness. Moreover, due to the addition of the link of evaluating and answering each other during the period, there is also uncertainty and sense of interaction. Therefore, structured group represents the development direction of interview organization. At present, the tax authorities in the national examination, the State Administration of Taxation, Jiangsu and Shandong examinations all adopt this organizational form.
