Fourth, the mode of distribution

1. The allocation of affordable housing is carried out by public lottery on site.

2. Open the whole process of recording the lottery. The deputies to the National People's Congress, members of the CPPCC, mass supervisors and representatives of the applicant will supervise on the spot, and the county notary office will send personnel for notarization.

3. Time for drawing lots: subject to government approval documents.

4. After drawing lots to determine the number of rented houses, the county housing management bureau will issue house keys to eligible families.
