(a) the city's household registration personnel.
(2) Soldiers and armed police stationed in Beijing.
(3) Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents, overseas Chinese and foreigners who hold valid identity documents and have lived in Beijing for more than 1 year.
(4) Non-local residents with valid work residence permit in Beijing.
(5) Non-local registered residents who hold valid temporary residence permits in this Municipality and have paid social insurance and personal income tax continuously in this Municipality for more than five years (inclusive).
Individual industrial and commercial households to apply for indicators, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the individual.

According to the relevant regulations of Beijing public security organs, foreigners should hold permanent residence permits; Hold a valid residence permit or visiting visa issued by Beijing for one year or more, and a valid temporary residence registration certificate in Beijing for one year or more.
