The school adheres to the idea of teaching and research, constantly strengthens the leadership of teaching and research, actively cultivates the backbone of teaching and research, and vigorously strengthens the teaching and research consciousness of all teachers, and has achieved remarkable results. The complementary advantages of traditional education and online education and the exploration of super-classroom teaching mode of information technology and discipline integration are two important topics that are about to come to a conclusion. According to incomplete statistics, in the past three years, teachers have published more than 60 papers/kloc-0 in journals above the provincial level and won 65 awards above the municipal level. More than 40 teachers participated in national and urban teaching and research and competitions, and won the national second prize and the urban first prize. 17 students were rated as "three good students" or "excellent student cadres" in Chongqing. National scientific research projects undertaken by the school, such as "Innovative Education" (hosted by the Central Institute of Education) and "Study on Subject Learning Strategies" (hosted by the School of Education of Southwest Normal University entrusted by the Ministry of Education), are also under way.
