1, draw lots
The order of examination is decided by drawing lots. During the examination, candidates need to enter the waiting room to sign in and draw lots in groups.
2. Enter the question extraction room in turn.
Candidates enter the examination room in the order of drawing lots, log in to the interview evaluation software system to extract test questions, print the list of interview test questions, and receive the test paper for preparing lessons (activity design).
It should be noted that candidates in the kindergarten category can choose an answer from multiple-choice questions.
3. Prepare lessons according to the selected theme.
Many students ask teachers if they can prepare lesson plans in advance, and certainly not! Because you will know the topic of the trial lecture during the exam, you need to prepare lessons on the spot. Generally speaking, it takes about 20 minutes to prepare a trial teaching plan, and the lecture time is about 10 minutes.
Step 4 interview
This is also a key link. The general process is that the examiner selects structured questions, and the candidates answer them within a specified time (generally 5 minutes) → the candidate's trial session (generally 10 minutes) → the examiner asks the candidates to answer several questions according to your trial session (generally 2 questions, the time limit for answering is 5 minutes).
It should be noted that the teaching plan/teaching design cannot be taken away from the examination room and needs to be handed over to the examiner.
