I have worked for more than ten years, participated in many teaching and research activities, and attended many open classes on the road. The most unforgettable teaching and research activity was in the autumn semester of 2008, and the Education Bureau organized an open class evaluation for preschool teachers in the county. I was 26 years old that year, which was an upright period in my life. I signed up enthusiastically with a full heart.
Before the activity, I actively explored theoretical knowledge, carefully prepared lessons, carefully designed teaching methods and carefully made teaching AIDS. I tried several times in our kindergarten, and my self-evaluation was ok, so I embarked on a journey to my goal with my own goals and the expectations of my teacher's school. When I came to the county kindergarten, I was both excited and scared to see so many competitors. I took part in the lucky draw in the afternoon and got the last one.
On the morning of the third day of the activity, in the first class, I watched the seconds go by and my heart was ticking. No matter how excited and scared I am, I will eventually walk on the three-foot platform. This is the teacher's destiny. The activity began, and all the processes were carried out according to my careful design. Just when I was handy, suddenly, something happened: my teaching material, paint, spilled on the ground. At this time, the classroom was quiet, and all the children and teachers stared at me. I started to panic and become confused, but then I immediately calmed down and used it. Later, everything was in my plan. I almost missed it and added a little color to my activity. Although I didn't win the first prize in the end, I also won the second prize. Even so, my mood is still high, and my efforts have paid off.
This is the most impressive teaching and research activity for me. After so long, in retrospect, every grain is still in sight.
