This award is divided into two stages: initial evaluation and final evaluation. Since the 13th China Dance "Lotus Award" was issued by Chinese Dancers Association in May, 20021,* * has received 328 entries from 33 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government, including Chinese Dancers Association, five troupes directly under the central government, and 10 new literary and art groups and individuals.
Adhering to the consistent principle of "fairness, justice and openness", the organizing committee conducted a rigorous selection of all the entries, and finally * * * 43 entries stood out and were shortlisted for the final evaluation. On September 10, the finalists have drawn lots for final evaluation. They will compete for six "National Folk Dance Awards" in the beautiful spring city of Jinan in the order of drawing lots. Awards are not graded and vacancies are allowed.
