In Buddhism, how to study calmly, study hard and have no distractions?
Giving, keeping precepts, enduring humiliation and asceticism. Diligently practice six degrees and ten thousand lines, get rid of delusion and persistence, go deep into the scriptures, follow the scriptures to find the moon, see nature clearly, and see nature become Buddha. Practice after enlightenment and get rid of habits diligently, so as to become one and get rid of habits. Or try to survive with industry in the western paradise, or you can blossom and see the Buddha realize that there is no life, and you will get the incarnation of lotus. The first question: How do the disciples of Buddha practice? The Buddha once said: All my disciples are either Zen or Zen. What do you mean? There are two things that all disciples of Sakyamuni Buddha can learn from Buddha, that is, practicing meditation and chanting Buddha. This is what the disciples did when the Buddha was alive. These are the two main things they do. Zen is mainly meditation. Recitation includes listening to lectures, chanting, reciting, discussing legal ideas and debating, all of which are manifestations of recitation. So what is the relationship between Zen and chanting Buddha? Reciting is a shallow meditation, and it is difficult for ordinary people to correspond to deep meditation. Then the initial chanting can slowly settle down and cultivate your own heart. To a certain extent, it is mainly what they say in their hearts, and they will not say it in their mouths. Therefore, meditation is not thinking about nothing, but thinking right in your heart and chanting in your heart. What about chanting? Not only do you read it with your mouth, but you should also follow the legal meaning in your heart. You can keep your heart fixed in the meaning of Buddhism, that is, determination. So if a Buddhist disciple goes beyond these areas to do something in 7788, it is far from what the Buddha asked.
