Chapter I General Provisions

Article 2 This Association is a cross-departmental and cross-ownership non-profit industrial social group legal person voluntarily formed by enterprises, institutions and other economic organizations engaged in _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _.

Article 5 This Association shall accept the business guidance of the provincial department of commerce, the competent government department, and the supervision and management of the provincial civil affairs department, the administrative organ for registration of social organizations.

Chapter II Scope of Business

Article 7 The Association shall follow the guiding principles of seeking truth from facts, bold exploration and innovation to keep pace with the times:

Chapter III Members

Article 8 Members of this Association are divided into unit members and individual members.

Article 9 A member applying to join this Association must meet the following requirements:

(three) support the articles of association, actively participate in the activities of the association, fulfill the obligations of membership, and pay the membership fees on time;

Article 10 Membership application procedures:

Article 11 Members shall enjoy the following rights:

The right to vote, to be elected and to vote;

(5) Freedom to join and quit voluntarily.

Article 12 Members shall perform the following obligations:

(1) Abide by the articles of association and implement the resolutions of the Association;

(two) to safeguard the reputation and legitimate rights and interests of this association;

(three) actively cooperate with the association to carry out the work;

(four) actively participate in public welfare activities organized by the association;

(5) Paying membership dues on time;

(six) timely report the situation to the association and provide relevant information.

Thirteenth Association has the right to give informed criticism, warning, suspension of membership, expulsion and other treatment. For members who violate the articles of association or relevant management systems. If the circumstances are serious, legal responsibility will be investigated, and those who bring economic losses to the association will be investigated for economic responsibility.

Article 14 A member may terminate his membership in any of the following circumstances:

(a) three months overdue payment of membership fees;

(two) do not participate in the activities organized by the association within one year;

(three) causing great damage to the reputation of the association;

(four) there are serious violations of law and discipline.

Article 15 If a member wants to withdraw from the meeting, he must submit a written application and return his membership card, and his membership will be terminated. The association will issue an announcement through publications, websites and other forms.

Chapter IV Creation and Dismissal of Organizational Structure and Person in Charge

Article 16 Congress

The highest authority of this association is the member congress. The functions and powers of the members' congress are:

(a) to formulate and amend the articles of association;

(2) To elect and recall the president and directors;

(three) to consider the work report and financial report of the Council;

(four) to decide the working principles and tasks of the association;

(five) to decide on other major issues of the association.

Seventeenth members' congress must be attended by more than half of the members. The decision of the members' congress shall take effect only if it is approved by more than two-thirds of the members' representatives present.

Article 18 The Council is responsible to the members' congress, is the executive body of the members' congress, and leads the work of the association during the intersessional period. The board of directors shall be elected by the general meeting of members among the members who have applied in advance, and the director of the unit member shall be the legal representative or authorized representative of the unit.

Article 19 The functions and powers of the Council are:

(a) to prepare for the convening of the members' congress;

(two) to implement the resolutions of the members' congress;

(three) to the members' congress
