Why not put a reflective film on the roof?

The reasons why reflective films are not allowed on the roof are as follows:

1. Building safety: Some reflective films will produce high reflectivity under sunlight, which will lead to irritation or blindness of human eyes in the surrounding environment. This is not safe for pedestrians, drivers and others nearby. Therefore, in order to ensure the safety of buildings, the roof is usually not allowed to use materials that are too reflective.

2. Environmental impact: The reflective film reflects a lot of light in the sun, which will have a negative impact on the surrounding environment. For example, the reflection of sunlight between tall buildings will interfere with the lighting effect of surrounding buildings and even affect the lives of surrounding residents.

3. Neighbor: If your roof has a reflective film, the reflection of sunlight will bring trouble to your neighbors. This will lead to disputes and unpleasant situations between neighbors.
