Is Ningbo Green East Lake Kindergarten public?

This is public. According to the information released by official website, the People's Government of Yinzhou District, Ningbo, we can know that Ludong Lake Kindergarten is a public kindergarten. Located in Donghu Garden Community, Zhonghe Street, Yinzhou, it was established in February 2004. From 2065438 to March 2005, under the coordination of the District Education Bureau, the director of Lu Yiling, the provincial Hengjie Greenery Kindergarten, took over the management. In September of that year, it was officially renamed as Green East Lake Kindergarten.
