There are three theories about its builders:

Others said that it was Taiwanese businessmen who hired a plane and saw this treasure in the sky before building Yuntiangong. The most bizarre story is that Taiwanese businessmen once had a dream. Some immortals say Yulin is the place with the strongest magnetic field in the world, which can bring good luck to people. It took only 3 billion people and 8,000 people to build Yuntiangong.
Second, it was built by Zhang Ziqiang, the thief king of the century. It is said that after he was tried, he donated money to build Tian Yun Palace for atonement, but this should be a rumor.
Third, a group of Taiwanese businessmen and patriotic overseas Chinese invested in the construction. In my opinion, this is a more reliable statement.
