Management and development of Qihulin River

Yunshan Reservoir, located in the upper reaches of Qihulin River, was built by officers and men of the Eighth Five-Year Plan Farm on 1958. The reservoir has a storage capacity of 47.5 million cubic meters and controls the inflow of 284.79 square kilometers in the upper reaches of Qihulin River. The new river channel downstream of the reservoir was excavated at 1978. 1988, Farm Strengthening Reservoir Dam. Basically, flood control can be carried out as planned. The farm can use the water source of Yunshan Reservoir to irrigate paddy fields10.5 million mu and dry irrigation10.5 million mu every year.

The construction of Yunshan Farm started in the spring of 1979. Starting from the gate of Yunshan Reservoir, a new river channel was excavated along the south side of Qihulin River, with a total length of 36.8km (33km originally planned), a flow rate of 79-86.8cm3/s, 1984 and an earthwork volume of 800,000 m3. 1958, the first branch of the former Eighth Five-Year General Field built Yuejin Reservoir, but it was not completed. Yunshan Livestock Farm built the fifth reservoir with a storage capacity of 350,000 cubic meters; 198 1 built a group of reservoirs with a storage capacity of 350,000 cubic meters; 1982 construction of the second team reservoir with a storage capacity of 600,000 cubic meters.

The 854th Farm has 8 reservoirs, including Tuanshan, 6 18, Fengshou, Dongfeng, Advanced, Yongsheng, Shenquanshan and Feng Wan, with a total storage capacity of 35.2 million cubic meters. The checked storage capacity of Xidagang flood detention area is 90.4 million cubic meters, and the maximum discharge is 1.42 cubic meters per second. Water conservancy construction has gradually shifted from drainage to water storage. The middle zone between Qihulin River and Paohe River in Dalian, that is, the original five, six and seven sub-zones, has a high groundwater level, generally 3 ~ 6 meters.

High-yield reservoir, located on the east side of Team 6 of the 854th Farm, is a natural waterline, which is planned and designed by the Farm Water Conservancy Infrastructure Section. The reservoir was built in June 65438 +09761October +65438, with a catchment area of 1 1.73 square kilometers. It is a small type I reservoir in the valley. 1999 due to the continuous expansion of paddy field area, the farm decided to build the sixth team into a commodity grain base and change the annual regulation of the reservoir to multi-year regulation. The design standard is once every 30 years and once every 500 years, and the designed irrigated paddy field area is 4500 mu. The dam site of the reservoir earth dam is located on Tuanshan Highway, with a total length of 750 meters. It is a homogeneous earth dam, and the elevation of the dam crest is increased from 92.0 meters to 93.4 meters. Stone slope protection is adopted for the water-facing slope, and a square hole with 1 hole is set for reinforced concrete irrigation and flood discharge, with a total clear width of1.0×1.0m. In 2000, the downstream of water conveyance tunnel, factory building, dry masonry slope protection and other projects were rebuilt, with an investment of 807,500 yuan.

The 6 18 reservoir located in the 854th farm was originally designed as the Glorious Reservoir. After the formation of the Corps, it was renamed as "6 18" reservoir, which was redesigned by engineer Wang Xiaobo. Dam length 1050m, dam height 8 13m, earthwork 180m3, 1970 officially started, 1972 was completed in winter, with a storage capacity of 3 million m3, which can irrigate paddy fields 1000. Fish farming is 6.5438+0.9 million, with an investment of 547,000 yuan. 198 1 year, there was a big flood in the field, and the downstream farmland was protected from the flood by the reservoir as much as 6 thousand mu. In order to expand the scale of paddy field irrigation, increase the water supply of the reservoir in dry season, and also improve the flood control ability of the reservoir, in 2000, the elevation of the dam crest was 89 meters, and the annual adjustment was changed to multi-year adjustment, increasing the available storage capacity of 950,000 cubic meters and expanding the irrigated paddy field area of 3,795 mu, that is, the total area of irrigated paddy fields in the reservoir was 6,600 mu. 200 1, renovation of water conveyance tunnel, spillway tunnel and factory building, with an investment of 6 15700 yuan. The dry masonry slope protection area of the reservoir is 6,533 square meters, and the investment is 410.4 million yuan. Total investment 1.0297 million yuan.

Dongfeng Reservoir, located in the northwest of Team 23 of Farm 854, was completed in September 1982 and June 1983. After the completion of the reservoir, Dongfanghong Town built a village in the northwest corner of the reservoir area, and the reservoir could not store water normally. 1992 farm in order to solve the problem of rice planting for Team 23, a homogeneous earth dam with a length of 2,200m was built at the junction of the north side of the reservoir and Dongfanghong Town, and water storage irrigation was started at 1993. The reservoir is a plain reservoir surrounded by dikes on three sides. The earth dam is a homogeneous earth dam with a total length of 3900 meters. According to the catchment area of the reservoir and the actual operation for many years, in order to improve the irrigation capacity of the reservoir and increase the irrigation area, 1997 north dam is reinforced and raised to meet the design standard of 30-year return period, with a dam width of 3 meters and earthwork 14783 cubic meters. In 2000, the farm carried out rock slope protection for the North Dam. The slope protection area of the North Dam is 6 100 square meter, with a total investment of 685,000 yuan. The dam crest elevation of the east and south dams of the reservoir is 7 1.89m, and the designed dam crest elevation is 72.7m. The reservoir does not meet the design standard of 30-year return period. In 2006, in 5438+0, the dam tops of the east dam and the south dam of the reservoir were reinforced and raised, and the original design was restored. The earthwork volume was 30,600 cubic meters, with an investment of 510.30 million yuan. Up to now, more than 8,000 mu of paddy field irrigation has been developed, which has played a very good role in the irrigation water source project.

Tuanshan Reservoir is located in team 7, Team 6, No.2 Branch of 854 Farm, and was put into construction in May 1958. The earth dam is 700 meters long and 9.5 meters high, and 70% of the earthwork has been completed. Later, in 196 1, due to three years of natural disasters in this field, the construction was stopped halfway. After the establishment of the Corps, the water conservancy engineering team put in two bulldozers to continue the construction, which was completed on 1976. * * * Earthwork has been completed174,000 cubic meters, with an investment of 3140,000 yuan. The designed storage capacity is 3.8 million cubic meters, which can irrigate 5,000 mu of paddy fields, irrigate 4 1 10,000 mu of irrigated land and raise 310.5 million fish. Water seepage occurs in the water conveyance tunnel of the reservoir all the year round. In 2003, the water conveyance tunnel was rebuilt, the original water conveyance tunnel was blocked with cement, and the original dam surface was restored. Newly-built water conveyance tunnel1×1× 29m, 20m stilling basin in the downstream, fence in front of the tunnel, two 0.8× 1 m gates and two 5t hoists.

Yongsheng Reservoir is located on the east side of the 13th Team of the 854th Farm, with a control basin area of 30.03 square kilometers and a main dam and an auxiliary dam length of 4,630 meters. In July 2000, it was surveyed and designed by No.854 Water Affairs Bureau. In May 2006, it broke ground and was completed in June 2002. The catchment in this area is mainly discharged from Qinghe River and flows into Xiaoqing River. Due to the relatively low terrain, fertile soil, high organic matter content and urgent water collection in mountainous areas, serious floods occurred in cultivated land in low-lying areas of the basin. This project belongs to a small I-type reservoir, with the design standard of once every 30 years and the check standard of once every 500 years. Stone slope protection and spillway project were completed in 2000.

Shenquanshan Reservoir is located in the Xiaoqing River flood discharge area between the north side of Shenquanshan Mountain and the Qinghe River system, south of the 13th Team of the 854th Farm and west of the 14th Team. The reservoir consists of two reservoir areas, with a catchment area of 29. 14 square kilometers, intercepting the catchment of Xiaoqing River. The second reservoir was built by the original river bank, forming a long reservoir surface along the south of Shenquan Mountain, and also serving as the main canal of the irrigation area, with a catchment area of 8.54 square kilometers. It belongs to mountain water collection, and the irrigation water from the first reservoir first enters the second reservoir and then is distributed to the irrigation area. The construction of the reservoir has solved the problem that the farmland downstream of the reservoir 15000 mu is not threatened by floods, and the paddy field planting area is designed and developed to be 8300 mu. The planting area of irrigation fields connected with underground wells and canals is 2700 mu. When the surface water is sufficient, the drainage water is pumped, and when it is insufficient, the groundwater is pumped. When the reservoir impounds the flood, it also prevents the soil erosion of the upstream and downstream slopes and cultivated land of the reservoir, and at the same time improves the drainage standard and drainage speed of the drainage channel. Form cascade water storage and improve the regional microenvironment. 00/kloc-ground was broken in October/May and completed in June 2002.

Feng Wan Reservoir is located at the drainage starting point of Tuanshan Highway north of Feng Wan, west of Team 10 of the 854th Farm. It is a small I-type reservoir with a catchment area of 8. 18 square kilometers and a maximum storage capacity of 65438+800,000 cubic meters. After years of renovation, 3,000 mu of paddy fields have been developed and planted. In June, 2000, it was surveyed and designed by 854 Farm Water Affairs Bureau, and the wage company undertook the construction task of this project. Ground was broken in September 2002 and completed in June 2003.

Xianfeng Reservoir, located in No.3 Team, No.1 Farm, No.854 Farm, was started in April 1958 and completed in September 1960. The earth dam is 400 meters long and 6.5 meters high. Demobilized officers and soldiers all use manual lifting. Through three years' efforts, * * * completed 24,500 cubic meters of earthwork, with an investment of 48,700 yuan. The designed storage capacity is 720,000 cubic meters, which can irrigate 8. 1 10,000 mu of land and 50,000 mu of paddy fields. In 2003, 854 Farm had three waterlogged areas: Xidagang, Yingchun Qinghe and Hubei. The total waterlogging area is1827,200 mu, and the waterlogging area is 999,600 mu, including 650,654.38 mu of waterlogged cultivated land and 349,500 mu of waterlogged cultivated land. During the flood control of Qihulin River in 1980s, the main drainage line 13 was excavated, and the design standard was once every three years for the trunk and once every five years for the branch, with a wide and shallow trapezoidal compound section. Due to the low design standard and long operation time, siltation is serious now, so it is necessary to improve the standard.

In the flood detention area of Xidagang, 1959 10, the construction of Xidagang Reservoir started, with a dam length of 3,000m, a dam height of 5m and an earthwork volume of 95,000m3. More than 300 people in this water conservancy brigade were all put into construction, completing 87,887 cubic meters of earthwork. The water conservancy engineering team of Reclamation Bureau invested four machines to complete the earthwork of 7 1 13 cubic meters. According to the original design, the earth dam project was basically completed in September. 1960. However, the hydraulic structure was not completely matched, and a serious three-year natural disaster occurred. The project was forced to dismount and could not be completed, with an investment of 95 thousand yuan. According to the requirements of the new plan of the survey and design institute of the General Administration to eradicate the Qihulin River, the red flood area project of Xidagang was rebuilt on the basis of the original earth dam project.

Before 1996, according to the completion of reservoirs and pumping stations, the farm gradually formed nine irrigation areas, including Tuanshan, 6 18, Fengshou, Dongfeng and Team 22. After 1996, the farm adjusted the key points of farmland water conservancy construction in time, and made full use of surface runoff to develop irrigated paddy fields except Furong and Qifenchang Pianjing irrigation areas. On the basis of the original irrigation areas, seven rice irrigation areas will be developed, including four reservoir gravity irrigation areas (6 18, advanced, Yongsheng and Shenquanshan reservoirs); Three pumping irrigation areas (nine pumping stations, eight pumping stations and seven pumping stations respectively). The water source is the flood detention area of Xidagang.

High-level reservoir irrigation area, built in 1997, located downstream of the fifth high-level reservoir, is irrigated by high-level reservoir water. Responsible for the irrigation tasks of the third and fifth production teams. Advanced irrigation area consists of east irrigation area and west irrigation area. In the lower reaches of the advanced reservoir, we will build 1 main canal, 1.8km water conveyance main canal and two branch canals with a length of 6.84km, and build a backwater sluice and a control sluice to divert water to the two branch canals respectively. During flood discharge, the water is discharged into the old river from the backwater gate, into Tuanshan Mountain, and then into the west. The designed irrigation area is 1 10,000 mu, and the actual irrigation area in 2003 is 0.72 million mu. Complete the canal system with a total earthwork of 364,000 cubic meters. The total investment is 600,000 yuan.

Yongsheng reservoir irrigation area, Yongsheng reservoir irrigation area was built in 2000, located in the downstream of Yongsheng reservoir 13, belonging to gravity irrigation area. There are 2 main water conveyance canals with a length of 4.07 km, and 8 branch canals with a length of 8.98 km, and the earthwork is 654.38+098,800 cubic meters, with a total investment of 660,000 yuan. The design uses gravity flow to irrigate 6000 mu of paddy field, and in 2003, paddy field 1.900 mu was developed. In order to save water and avoid flooding, all irrigation areas are changed to lift water for irrigation.

Shenquanshan Reservoir Irrigation Area has a total irrigation area of 1.58 million mu and a net irrigation area of 1.06 million mu. The water from Shenquanshan Reservoir directly enters the main canal of Shenquanshan (Shenquanshan No.2 Reservoir), and then the water is pumped into buckets and agricultural canals in various districts with water diversion gates. The original drainage system is maintained in the irrigation area, and the dredging and expansion are carried out, and finally it flows into Xianfeng Canal. The layout of irrigation area adopts the design section of canal, road and ditch, that is, southeast side canal, middle road and northwest side ditch. The ditches are self-contained and do not interfere with each other. The investment of irrigation project is 2.89 million yuan.

In the 6 18 reservoir irrigation area, downstream of the irrigation canal, the 17th team developed more than 2,000 mu of paddy fields.
