Preparation materials: hot melt adhesive, clay, thickened crepe paper, pen, waste paper, green adhesive tape, flowerpot, flower mud, small stone, green iron wire and handmade fine iron wire.
Production method: 1. Prepare yellow crepe paper, cut it into a rectangle of 5x 10cm, cut it into fine spikes with scissors, and then rub the fine spikes into hemp rope. 2. White crepe paper or light pink will do. Cut it into a 5x8cm rectangle, which costs about 20 yuan. Then draw the shape of petals on it and cut it with scissors. 3. The middle part of the lotus is made of yellow clay, and its height and width are about 4cm. The top is round and the bottom is oval. Then draw some points on it with a pen as lotus seeds and insert green wire at the bottom.
Stick these white petals on the lotus with hot melt adhesive. Note that the first layer and the second layer are staggered when pasting, so that the flowers made are more layered. Roll the waste paper into a paper tube, and then insert the iron wire into the paper tube, so as to better fix the flowers, and then wrap them with green tape.
5. Cut the green crepe paper into 6x 10cm, and cut it into isosceles triangles in half. A lotus leaf needs 8 triangles. Then we will stick the cut lotus leaves together, stick a thin wire under each small leaf, and finally adjust the radian of the wire, tidy up the shape and trim it a little with scissors.
6. Insert the lotus into the finished paper tube and the lotus leaf will be ready.
Put the lotus leaf in the flowerpot and you will make a beautiful lotus bonsai, which will last for a long time.
