Then add a relief effect to the picture to make the text feel a little raised on the clothes. It is better to reduce the filling degree of the text layer slightly. Note: you can't reduce the opacity here, because reducing the opacity will affect the effect of other styles of the layer, and the filling degree only reduces the color.
