Seven, outsourcing installation project, must be borne by the construction unit holding a special installation certificate, and go through the installation contract formalities, can start after approval. The unlicensed installation, resulting in economic losses due to poor quality, should be held accountable. Those who fail to perform their contractual obligations shall bear all economic responsibilities.
Eight, after the acceptance of the installation project, there must be a period of assessment operation time. All problems arising here should be handled by the installation unit. Users provide convenience for it.
Four, mechanical and electrical equipment handover acceptance management measures
I. Scope of equipment acceptance and handover:

7. When the equipment is handed over for acceptance, it shall be inspected and recorded in detail. First hand over the quantity and check the quality problems and missing items at that time. 8. When the equipment is accepted and handed over, it must be inspected in strict accordance with the standard requirements. All relevant departments should carry out strict inspection before acceptance, and check whether the equipment quality and explosion-proof intact quality are installed according to technical requirements one by one. If there are the above problems, the responsible unit is responsible for solving them. Mines will impose fines on specific assessments and decompose quality wages.
9. Before the acceptance handover, the relevant team of the mechanical and electrical department should check with each unit so that the mechanical and electrical department can grasp the actual situation.
10. After the equipment acceptance and handover, fill in the "Equipment Acceptance and Handover Form" in triplicate, and sign it by the main person in charge who participated in the acceptance and handover. The transfer unit, the receiving unit and the equipment management department each keep one copy. When filling in the acceptance handover form, it should be filled out in different categories.
Three, equipment acceptance and handover management measures:

After the equipment is accepted and handed over, if the equipment user needs to replace or cut the equipment due to production, the replaced or cut equipment parts should be taken out of the well in time and handed over to the relevant departments for cancellation. After the acceptance and handover of the equipment, the equipment user must immediately start to arrange the equipment charter work, designate personnel, specify the location, clarify the responsibilities, and submit the charter contract to the equipment group within five days. At the same time, all relevant departments should immediately carry out normal assessment and inspection.
3. In the equipment outage stage, if the equipment is damaged during idle and pending repair but not out of the well and handed over to the relevant departments, the original user shall be responsible for maintenance and supervision, and its equipment belongs to the scope of inspection and assessment.
4. When the equipment is received in batches or installed as a whole, the receiving unit and the installation unit must make the equipment receiving plan in advance according to the drawings, submit it to the equipment management department for examination and approval, and go through the temporary handover procedures as the inspection basis for the receiving unit or installation unit before handover in the future. During this period, if it is lost or damaged, it shall be implemented according to relevant documents. Before collection and handover, the installation unit shall be responsible, and after handover, the takeover unit shall be responsible.
5, the competent department of equipment for all equipment, including five gadgets and cables, should be unified number. No downhole equipment number, and downhole equipment is not allowed. At present, the number of underground equipment should be filled up step by step, so that the accounts, cards, objects, drawings and boards are consistent, and daily dynamic tracking inspection should be done well.
Five, mechanical and electrical equipment management, use, maintenance and reward system

Six, mechanical and electrical equipment regular maintenance system

A written summary shall be kept in the document.
3. In order to ensure the safe operation of mechanical and electrical equipment and give full play to its efficiency, preventive maintenance, rotational maintenance and temporary maintenance should be arranged reasonably to keep the equipment in good condition. In addition to the continuous operation of equipment, after each shift takes over, the temporary maintenance time is 40 minutes, and the motor, reducer and shaft of underground mobile equipment are overhauled in rotation once every six months, and the switch is once a year.
4, in the production process, mechanical and electrical equipment must be timely minor repairs. The team will put forward a plan, and the electromechanical department will provide spare parts and repair the unit. After repair, it will be checked and accepted by the charter team leader, and put into production after reaching the intact standard. 6. The Mechanical and Electrical Department shall issue a maintenance plan to each maintenance unit before 25th of each month to form an equipment maintenance agreement, and the maintenance task shall be undertaken by the Mechanical and Electrical Department.

8. Eight, equipment purchase system
1. Each equipment user shall establish an equipment account, equipped with a part-time equipment manager.
