Built in the 4th year of Tang Yonghui, it was named after the founding of Li Yuanying, the younger brother of Emperor Taizong Li Shimin. Wang Bo, a poet in the early Tang Dynasty, wrote a poem, "The sunset is lonely in Qi Fei, and the autumn water is * * * and the sky is one color", which has spread to later generations.
