Preparatory work/about to start work
Before installing the floor heating water separator, make sure that the floor heating system is ready and the pipes are laid. In addition, the model and specifications of the water separator also need to be perfectly matched with the floor heating system.
Installing oil-water separator
The water separator needs to be installed on the water inlet pipe, which is the "artery" from the heating equipment to the floor heating system. Tight connection is required during installation, and sealing rubber pad or adhesive tape is used to ensure safety.
Connect the floor heating pipeline
The water inlet pipe, return pipe and water separator need to be closely connected, and professional joints and tools should be used to make them firm. Adjust the valve to control the flow and power! The ratio of 4:6 to 6:4 allows you to enjoy the most comfortable floor heating experience.
Inspection and debugging
After installation, carefully check whether there is water leakage. Start the system, observe the water pressure and make sure everything is normal.
Tips
Before installing the floor heating water separator, you need to be confident, make sure you are an expert, or ask an expert for help. Follow the manufacturer's installation guide and don't take the "pit" road! Handle and keep the water separator and pipeline carefully. Make sure everything is ready before use, and there are no hidden dangers.
