Introduction of Wang Ji Temple Site in Xiaobaishan

The site of Wangji Temple in Xiaobaishan, Jilin City is a historical relic left over from the Qing Dynasty, and it is also the only place dedicated to the gods of Changbai Mountain in the Qing Dynasty. It has a high value of literature and history research, and it is also a small scenic spot, which is worth punching in as a souvenir. Let's introduce it in detail below.

Jilin xiaobai

In Jiangcheng Jilin City, we often hear local people proudly talk about "Feng Shui", and think that Jilin is the "land of Feng Shui" of "Longtan Mountain in Zuoqinglong, Xiaobaishan in Youbaihu, Zhuque Mountain in Qianzhuque Mountain and Xuantianling in Houxuanwu Mountain". Because of my interest, I have climbed Longtan Mountain, Zhuque Mountain, Xuantianling Mountain and Dongtuan Mountain many times, but I have never climbed the top. So choose the right route, prepare to climb Xiaobai once, and feel the posture of this so-called White Tiger Mountain.

When I first went to Xiaobai, I had to rely on my imagination to find it. After crossing the Winder River Bridge, I walked 500 meters ahead and saw a fork in the road, vaguely seeing a hill. I thought it might be Xiao Bai, so I went straight over.

Most of the mountains are elms and azaleas, both of which are secondary forests. The branches of azaleas and old elms are very untidy, showing a vigorous posture. Some pine trees, linden trees and birch trees are tall and straight, thin and tall, and row upon row, showing tenacious vitality.

It is said that Xiaobai is a relic of the majestic Changbai Mountain. There is only one winding hill and three peaks, and the highest peak is 34 1 m above sea level. Its overall shape is like crouching tiger in the north and south, so it is called White Tiger Mountain. In the history of our country, feudal dynasties have the custom of offering sacrifices to famous mountains and rivers.

Because of this, Gai was underdeveloped at that time. From the upper rulers to the ordinary people, he was amazed at the famous mountains and rivers that existed in the world, feeling mysterious, endowed with sacred colors and full of worship. In addition, in order to maintain their dominant position, rulers dressed themselves as the embodiment of gods and emperors. Therefore, worshipping famous mountains and rivers became a major event in political life at that time. The Qing Dynasty is no exception, and the sacrifice of the Five Mountains is its legal content.

It is the creation of the Qing government to list Changbai Mountain as a sacrificial mountain. It is the birthplace of ancestors of the Qing Dynasty.

I'm not going to climb Xiaobaishan to pay homage, but to visit and explore Wang Jitang, which was built in the Qing Dynasty. The Manchu language in Xiaolin is called "Wen Deheng" or "Wen Deheng", which means "offering sacrifices to a board" and also means "offering sacrifices to a mountain".

Standing on the northern peak of Xiaobai, you can see the scenery in the south of Jilin City. The northern peak of Xiaobai is the tiger's head, and the north of the peak is a cliff as high as tens of meters, which is quite dangerous. It's just that the cliff is covered with trees, which makes people feel less thrilling.

Standing on the platform of the sacrificial temple, I looked around. Xiaobaishan is an independent hill, and I can vaguely see Longtan Mountain in Zuoqinglong in the north. Enlarging Linjiangmen Bridge with camera is just around the corner. Looking west, a big river flows slowly, and there are many tall buildings along the river; Looking south, the mountains are towering, and you can also see the outline of the plump Dongshan Mountain at an altitude of 1000 meters. Jicao Expressway passes through the mountain; Looking east, there is a plain at the foot, and the plastic shed is silvery white in the sun. The ring expressway is in the middle, and it makes people feel comfortable to climb high and look far.

In Beifeng, I took some selfies to prove that I have been to Xiaobai. There is a depression between the northern peak and the southern peak of Baishan. The mountain road is relatively gentle at the edge of the cliff. Continue southbound and climb Nanfeng Mountain. The path of Nanfeng Mountain is paved on the ridge, and the narrowest place is only 1 meter. Among the trees on the south side, the grass floating on the ground is still green. Although the mountain is steep, the distance is not far, and it soon climbed to Nanfeng Mountain.

On the top of Nanshan stands a steel tripod reflecting the elevation, on which a tweeter is hung. Next test

Standing on the south peak, the view is very broad, the green hills curl, and the distant mountains are like Dai, which makes you look like a northern country. At the foot of the mountain, the winding river twists and turns and finally flows into the Songhua River. Two shining rivers surround Xiaobaishan.

Look up at the white in the distance, and you see an isolated circular outline. In fact, overlapping mountains are easy to make people blind, and so is Xiaobai. At first glance, the two peaks of Xiaobaishan stand side by side. As we approached, we could clearly see that the three peaks embraced each other. The memorial hall is located in the middle of the North Peak, next to the South Peak, with gable vaults on both sides. It can be said that he understands the current situation.

When history comes here, it's time to go down the mountain. Looking back at Xiaobaishan, the cut hills are like a dream. Because I saw a road at the foot of the mountain, I took a shortcut when I got down, so I chose to go down the north slope. When I came to the foot of the mountain, I saw that I had taken many wrong roads. Fortunately, I didn't come for nothing, so I really climbed Xiaobai.
