Why do so many people believe in superstition? Is superstition reliable or medicine reliable?

People often hear the word superstition, but in fact, we should recognize what superstition is and what faith is. Superstition usually refers to blind belief, confused belief and blind belief without knowing what it means. Even in the field of science, there is a "scientific superstition", which holds that as long as scientists say it, they will believe it indiscriminately. This is debatable. In fact, there are many phenomena in life that science cannot explain. True faith is believed by people who deeply understand and believe the truth through consideration and thinking.

Buddha and Bodhisattva don't help us transform our destiny by themselves, but teach us to plant good causes and get good results; Planting evil causes bad consequences, breaking evil and repairing good in time to achieve the goal of transforming one's own destiny. Buddhas and Bodhisattvas can only guide the way, but can't move forward instead of our feet. The relationship between Buddha and Bodhisattva is a teacher-student relationship, not a relationship between God and man. This can be seen from the compassion of the founder Sakyamuni Buddha who lived in simple living for more than 40 years. We worship Buddha statues and bodhisattvas. First of all, we express our respect and gratitude to the Buddha and Bodhisattva for their kindness and leaving such precious education. Second, remind yourself to learn from buddhas and bodhisattvas, to know that cause and effect are true, to break evil and repair good in time, and to transform fate.
