Cultivation method of Clivia
I. Temperature
Clivia is afraid of both heat and cold, and the optimal growth temperature is between 12 and 28 degrees. Too high a temperature will lead to dormancy, and too low a temperature will lead to frostbite.
Second, light.
The light requirement is not particularly high, and it is best to put it in a place with bright astigmatism. And it has a strong shade tolerance, because the origin of Clivia is growing under a big tree.
Third, fertilization.
In the process of fertilization, especially in winter, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer are mainly used. Of course, NPK granular compound fertilizer can also be applied at the same time, which will make the leaves grow better. But when applying fertilizer, it must be appropriate, and raw fertilizer and concentrated fertilizer cannot be applied.
Fourth, moisture.
Its roots are fleshy roots, so water should be avoided. Generally speaking, it depends on wet and dry, dry and thoroughly poured. Avoid watering the center of the leaf surface during maintenance, and avoid getting wet in summer.
