Why aren't mice afraid of me running around my bed?

Mouse is an alert and agile rodent, and it is a highly adaptable animal in nature. Different from humans, mice are not very sensitive in vision, but they have keen sense of hearing and smell, and they can perceive the surrounding environment and potential dangers through these two senses.

Rats often haunt human living environment, because they can find suitable environment, food and water from human life. The physiological characteristics of mice make them need to keep looking for food to maintain their vitality, and human families often have food and water sources that are easy to be used by mice, such as bread crumbs, leftovers, unsealed food, and uncovered trash cans.

On the other hand, mice can successfully survive in human families because they can quickly adapt to the environment and find a suitable hiding place. Rats communicate with each other in the form of smell information, which is one of the reasons why they can find each other's companions and form families in the living environment of human beings.

Back to the problem itself, in the eyes of mice, human beds are just another kind of existence, and they do not distinguish the concept of human beds from any other place. At the same time, humans in bed are not a threat to mice. Mice's keen sense of smell can sense whether humans are dangerous, so even if they haunt human beds, mice will not be afraid.

Finally, mice are one of the common pests of human beings, which can carry diseases or directly cause health problems. It is suggested to use safe and scientific methods to prevent and control rodents, such as sealing food, cleaning garbage, and repairing water leakage in houses in time.
