When Emperor Liao was afraid, he decided to send someone to build Wanjin Pagoda Town. When it was about three feet deep, Mr. Feng Shui said that Long Mai had moved to the west gate. Therefore, people stopped building the Wanjin Pagoda and rebuilt the Nong 'an Pagoda. Nong 'an Pagoda is the product of Buddhism prevailing in Liao Dynasty.
