If you had money, would you buy a villa?

I will definitely buy it! After my boyfriend and I got engaged, we considered buying a villa far from the city. Although it is far away and the surrounding traffic is not very convenient, it is better than a large area. I will buy a big house and a small house at the same price, if I definitely choose a big house.

I have observed that my villa area is not particularly far from the urban area. It takes me almost half an hour to drive to work by myself. Although there is no supermarket around, it is quite convenient to shop online and deliver goods to your door. Most importantly, the villa area will also bring its own garage, and everything will be counted in it. Although the overall price will still be a little more expensive than buying a house in the urban area, I think the extra money is well spent.

I'm on holiday in the city now, and the location is not good or it's an old building. It's almost 2 weeks flat, nearly 3 weeks average, and more than 3 weeks better. If you want to buy something, you must buy an ordinary place, so even if you spend a lot of money, you won't buy a big house, and then deduct the housing pool. The actual area used is really small, and it is not bad to live for two people. It will be too crowded to have a second child in the future.

However, one disadvantage of the villa is that there are no good schools nearby. Now everyone basically wants to buy a school district for the convenience of their children going to school in the future. I also asked my boyfriend this question, and he said that a better private school in kindergarten is also good. It is more convenient to go to my grandmother's home in primary school, and then to a private school near my home in junior high school. If you really can't get in, you can spend money on it. So I think the villa area will be better!
