This is the second subway line built and operated in Shenyang, Liaoning Province. It was put into operation on February 30, 201kloc-0/65438. Its logo color is orange. Shenyang Metro Line 2 starts from Quanyun Road Station in the south and ends at Putian Road Station in the north. North-south trend, passing through Shenbei New District, Huanggu District, Shenhe District and Hunnan District. The total length of Shenyang Metro Line 2 is 31.88km. There are 26 stations, all of which are underground stations, and 6 B2 trains are used.
By June 28th, 2020, the average daily passenger flow of Shenyang Metro Line 2 was 500,000, and the maximum daily passenger flow on April 8th, 2065 was 566,000,438+2008. 202165438+February 29th, starting from the southern end of Quanyun Road Station of Line 2 in the north and reaching Taoxian Airport Station on the east side of T3 Terminal of Taoxian Airport in the south, Shenyang Metro Line 2 13.7km long south extension line has been "tunneled" and is expected to open to traffic in 2023.
In May, 2022, the south extension project of Shenyang Metro Line 2 started the construction of the auxiliary structure of the station, the inter-section communication passage and the parking lot, and the track laying and wind power and hydropower construction were promoted simultaneously and orderly.
Construction planning:
The south extension line of Shenyang Metro Line 2 is the key line in the third round of planning and construction in Shenyang. It starts from the southern end of Quanyun Road Station, the terminal of the first phase of Shenyang Metro Line 2, and ends at Taoxian Airport Station on the east side of T3 terminal of Taoxian Airport in the south. All of them are underground lines, including 7 stations, 9 sections, 1 parking lot and 1 main substation, with a total length of 13.7 km.
After the project is completed, it will effectively connect Shenyang North Railway Station and Taoxian Airport, and further play the role of "air-rail combined transport", which is of far-reaching significance for improving Shenyang urban rail transit network, effectively shortening the time and space distance between Hunnan District and the main city, accelerating the service level of Taoxian Airport's comprehensive transportation hub, and further promoting and driving the development of Hunnan District and Airport Economic Zone.
