Hepu-Zhanjiang high-speed railway is located in the southern coastal area at the junction of Hepu in Beihai, Guangxi and Guangdong Province. The line starts from Hepu County, Beihai in the west, Pingyang Town, Fucheng Town, Zhakou Town, Baisha Town and Shankou Town in the east, and enters Qingping Town and Hengshan Town, Lianjiang City, Guangdong Province. Introduce Zhanjiang Hub from the north side of Suixi County.
The total length of the main line is137.82km, and the total length of the tie line is 25.97km (Beihai tie line), including 63.62km in Guangxi with a land area of 4025mu.
Hezhan high-speed railway is an important part of China coastal railway passage, a convenient and fast passenger railway passage connecting Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, Pearl River Delta Economic Zone and Haixi Economic Zone, a part of Zhangjiajie-Haikou tourist high-speed railway, and an important link for Beihai and Zhanjiang to strengthen strategic cooperation and promote people flow, logistics and capital flow.

He Zhan High-speed Railway leads from Hepu Station of the existing Tanbei Line, crosses G325 and North-South Expressway in turn in the southeast direction, and bypasses the first-class water source protection zone of Niuweiling Reservoir in the south. The line turns east, and Beihai Beidaokou Station is set up in Huangjiacun. After leaving the station, cross the existing Chongqing Railway Line, Blue Ocean Expressway and Chongqing Railway Expressway in turn.
Pass through Tieshan Harbor in parallel on the north side of Lanhai Expressway, set up Shankou Station from Baisha Town to Shankou Town, and enter Guangdong eastward after leaving the station.
