1 Taoist priests went down the mountain to save the world in troubled times, and lived in seclusion in prosperous times to practice tradition.
Bajiquan is a martial art that contains many Taoist philosophies.
3 Taoism advocates nature and has the saying that Taoism is sloppy.
4 Wu Zhongchu worshiped Ma Shengbiao as a teacher and a pawn. Wuzhong ran to Luoshan and pounced on Lai Kui's far door. When Zhong entered the mountain for six years and became a general, Lai said, "Ren Ruzha is in the north of the Yellow River, and Hagar belongs to the south of the Yellow River. I know that the marksmanship I learned is the first half, and the second half has spread to Xia surname in Henan. After Wuzhong went down the mountain, he was invincible. After Wuzhong visited the Xia surname in Henan, liuhe gun was able to become one. At that time, there was a saying that "from Nanjing to Beijing, the number of cannons was Wuzhong". Liuhe gun was created by Qi Jiguang, handed down from generation to generation by Lai, and Wuzhong was the seventh generation disciple. After Wuzhong became famous, he settled in Xianshuigu, south of Tianjin, and established a church. Set up a flag in front of the door and write "The first shot in the world". At that time, celebrities often visited. One day, a man named Liu came to compete with Wu with his bare hands. Although Wu has a gun, it is difficult to win. Wu Zhong was amazed and exclaimed, "Good punch!" Asked what kind of boxing, he replied "octupole". Asked what door he was, he said, "Wudang. "Two people appreciate each other's technology, so they become brothers and teach each other to learn. This is the origin of Wu Zhongde's octupole. This shows that octupole boxing comes from Wudang. It can also be judged that the octupole boxing that has been circulating belongs to Shaolin, and it is not advisable to say that "Shaolin opens the octupole gate". There are four striking characters on the cover of our octupole boxing score-"Wudang is shining high". Therefore, it should be said that octupole boxing belongs to Wu Tangzong and is a family-run boxing.
Bajiquan was created by Lai Buyi, and later spread to Huang Jue, a slovenly Taoist priest, and then to Ding Faxiang and Zhang Sicheng. Their apprentice Zhang Si became a disciple of Wuzhong, thus forming a school of Bajiquan.
Zhang Si Cheng used the names of two former teachers, Tu and Pi.
Although Bajiquan was founded as a Han nationality, it spread to Muslims rather than Han nationality. Eight-pole boxing did not spread to the Han nationality at first, but only to Muslims of all ethnic groups. Later, it broke the old rule of "not to the Han nationality, but to the inside", mainly referring to Muslims rather than Hui nationality. The concept of religion is more than the concept of nationality, and there was no concept of Hui nationality in ancient times. It is a matter for new China to define the Hui nationality as a nation.
