Brief introduction of Guishan Island in Zhuhai
Guishan Island in Zhuhai is located on the Lingdingyang River in Zhuhai, covering an area of more than 7.8 square kilometers. It is the most developed and populous island in Wanshan Islands, one of the four largest islands in China. It covers an area of 3.5 square kilometers. North and Niutou Island, southeast and the islands of well-known, Aizhou, Sanmen and Wailingding form an outward protruding arc, surrounding the southwest of Hong Kong and its islands, controlling the waterways of Hong Kong and Macao and shielding Hong Kong. There is an anchorage on the west side of the island, which can berth all kinds of ships and is beneficial to garrison.
