Nanyang is a national historical and cultural city with a history of more than 2,000 years. Located in the southwest of Henan province, at the junction of Henan, Hubei and Shaanxi provinces. It is named because it is located in Funiu Shan Zhinan, north of Hanshui River. Xichuan, Nanyang is the location of Taocha canal head project, and it is also one of the important core water sources of the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project, the largest water transfer project in the world.
