1. The purpose of emergency drills

2. Tasks of the emergency drill
The task of this geological disaster emergency plan drill is: induced by continuous rainfall and heavy rainfall, the Xiazitang in Tianping Town will be rebuilt in the back of the resettlement area. A landslide has occurred and is likely to continue to develop. The situation is very urgent and the "Tianping Town Sudden Geological Disaster Emergency Plan" needs to be launched immediately. Under the direct leadership of the County People's Government, the Tianping Town Government organizes schools and relevant departments to carry out their respective duties. They carried out emergency rescue and disaster relief in the shortest possible time and evacuated 83 people from the dangerous area, and took effective measures to prevent and reduce disasters as soon as possible.

IV. Organization of emergency drills
1. Emergency drill units

3. Preparation for the drill
(1) The leaders of each working group (including the group leaders of the rescue team) gathered at the drill site at 8:30 on April 26, 2013 to familiarize themselves with the environment (Contact person: Liao Jie).
(2) The leaders of each group should be familiar with the plan, clarify their responsibilities, and prepare in advance what needs to be reported (see attachment 1 for details).
(3) All relevant personnel in the town responsible for preparations for the drill shall set up temporary tents and have all emergency supplies in place before 17:00 on the day of the drill. Other participants will arrive at 7:00, and guests will be invited to enter at 7:00. field.
4. Material and personnel preparation
Each participating department must be clear about and familiar with its department’s work responsibilities and tasks, and make the following relevant material and personnel preparations in strict accordance with the requirements of the drill plan. Work:
(1) The town party and government office is responsible for the production of drill banners, warning signs, warning signs, warning lines and armbands of each emergency working group, and preparing three-color cloth.
(2) The town party and government office is responsible for setting up on-site audio, building awnings, tables and chairs, and signage for the headquarters.
(3) The town government office and town civil affairs group cadres are responsible for setting up temporary tents and providing drinking water for participants.
(4) The Public Security Bureau will implement two police duty vehicles and 8 police officers and traffic police.
(5) The town health center will provide one ambulance vehicle and corresponding medical staff.
(6) The town government and the Xiazitang resettlement area are responsible for publicity work to the people in the drill area, so that the people can actively cooperate with this emergency drill.
(2) Implementation of emergency drills

The situation is extremely urgent and the town government is requested to send personnel to deal with it promptly.
(4) On-site commander Wei Lu (telephone): Please ask Wu Weiming of the investigation and monitoring team to organize monitoring personnel to rush to the site immediately for investigation and report in time.
(5) Monitoring team Wu Weiming’s survey report (telephone): Induced by continuous rainfall and heavy rainfall, a landslide occurred in the back hill of the Xiazitang resettlement area in Tianping Town. The landslide area was about 1,000 square meters, and there were There are signs of continued expansion, endangering the lives and property of nearby villagers. The situation is extremely urgent and it is recommended to activate a geological disaster emergency plan.
(6) Mayor Wei Lu (telephone): Please ask the office to immediately summon disaster-affected member units from all regions to the headquarters for consultation.
