Qianxi (Renxin) Pumped Storage Power Station is located in Renxin Township, Qianxi City, Guizhou Province, with a linear distance of about 65 kilometers from Guiyang City and 22 kilometers from Qianxi City. The hub project consists of upper reservoir, lower reservoir, water conveyance system, underground powerhouse and switch station. The height-width ratio of the power station is 4. 1. Shang Reservoir is located in Dongfeng Village, Xinxiang, on the left bank of Dongfeng Hydropower Station Reservoir. There are 1 main dam and 3 auxiliary dams in the water retaining structure. The dam type originally suggested is asphalt concrete face rockfill dam.
