Taohua Valley Soil and Water Conservation Science and Technology Ecological Demonstration Park is the first water conservation technology and ecological demonstration park in the province approved by the Shaanxi Provincial Soil and Water Conservation Bureau in May 2011. The Bao Science and Technology Ecological Demonstration Park is a comprehensive science and technology ecological demonstration park jointly built by the province, city and county at three levels. It is divided into a core area and an ecological area. It is the best attraction in the National Water Conservancy Scenic Area in Longju Town. Zhulinguan Town in Danfeng County is located 400 meters from the exit of the Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway. It involves 6 villages including Zhulinguan, Leijiadong, Zhangyuan, Wangyuan, Zhouhebei, Dongdi and Taofeng, with a population of 18,000 and an area of ????18,000. 60 square kilometers, with an area of ??21,000 acres of cultivated land, and a planned park area of ??20 square kilometers. The core area includes small watersheds such as Taohua Valley, Dachaigou and Donglingliang, with a management area of ??6.0 square kilometers. The Shangluo Municipal Development and Reform Commission and Shangluo Municipal Water Conservancy Bureau jointly approved the project of the Taohua Valley Soil and Water Conservation Science and Technology Ecological Demonstration Park, with a planned investment of 157 million yuan.
Peach Blossom Valley covers an area of ??9,000 acres and is currently the largest soil and water conservation technology and ecological demonstration park in the country. In accordance with the original ecological concept, we adhere to science and technology as the guide, highlight the ecological concept of harmony between man and nature, and harmony between man and water, and use the comprehensive management of ecologically clean small watersheds as a platform to create a comprehensive management, industrial development, scientific research demonstration, monitoring research, and results. The Soil and Water Conservation Science and Technology Demonstration Park, which integrates exhibition and tourism, achieves the goal of “first-class in the west, famous in the country, a wonderland on earth, and unique”, and sets an example for comprehensively promoting the construction of water and soil conservation projects in our province. During the implementation of the project, attention was paid to protecting the original ground vegetation and minimizing human traces.
The project will be implemented in two phases. By April 2012, gardens, barren mountain greening, Taohuazhai roads, ring-valley roads, production roads and slope flood control projects will be completed; by June 2012, sewage treatment, artificial rainfall, monitoring facilities, comprehensive management results display facilities, and Shicaogou water diversion will be completed. The project, park water supply station, parking lot, outdoor advertising and mountain gate will be completed; the main construction of the training, exhibition building and student dormitories will be completed before October, a sound park management organization will be established, and management personnel will enter the park to take up their posts; the decoration project will be completed by February 2013 , lighting and background sound facilities in the park; it was put into trial operation in March and opened in the core area in April 2013 when the peach blossoms were in full bloom. The second phase of the project, from 2013 to 2015, completed the task of managing and establishing a park of 14 square kilometers. At present, the overall planning and implementation plan of the Taohua Valley Soil and Water Conservation Ecological Technology Demonstration Park has been prepared. The design of water conservation technology demonstration, runoff observation, artificial rainfall, sewage treatment, publicity and training exhibition building and Shicaogou water diversion project are in progress. Production roads, More than half of the projects, including traffic engineering, slope flood control engineering, gardens and barren mountain greening, have been completed with an investment of 23 million yuan.

It has a slope and gravity erosion control project that combines ecological protection and engineering consolidation, and a cascade layout of exquisitely designed steel rock and sand retaining dams; there are 2,000 acres of purely ecological orchards, cross-basin water diversion projects, and water-saving irrigation projects. ; A sewage treatment project with the patented technology of "pretreatment ecological soil percolation bed"; it has artificial rainfall, runoff plots and soil erosion remote sensing observation systems, and adopts energy-saving and environmentally friendly solar hot water systems and VRV multi-split air conditioning systems to ensure ecological, energy-saving and environmental protection . At the same time, the country's largest soil and water conservation publicity and training center with complete facilities and leading equipment has been built, and the largest soil and water conservation artificial forest demonstration base in southern Shaanxi has been built.
