It grows well in neutral or slightly acidic loam with sufficient sunshine, deep and loose soil layer, good drainage and pH value of 5 ~ 6.5. It is not suitable for planting in places with cold winter, thick soil and poor drainage. Poor slopes can also grow, and management should be strengthened when planting artificially.
