Brief introduction of Huancuilou Park

Huancuilou Park is located in the center of Weihai, covering an area of 200,000 square meters. It is the main garden attraction in Weihai. Including Huancuiyuan and Huancuilou Square, which is named after the classical building "Huancuilou" in the park. Huancui Building was built in 1489, located at the eastern foot of Naigu Mountain, facing Cangshan Mountain in the west and Bihai Sea in the east, and facing the two peaks of Foding and Gumuling in the north and south respectively. When you climb the building, you can see that "the blue waves in the east of the city are vast, surrounded by green shadows, and the mountains and rivers are also beautiful", hence the name "Huancui".

Huancui Building 20 10 was rebuilt, with a construction area of 800 square meters. The main building has four floors and the height is 16.8 meters. Boarding the Huancui Building, you can have a panoramic view of Weihai. Watching the sunrise at sea in Huancui Building is especially praised by tourists. "The first rise of a mountain building" is one of the eight scenic spots in Weihai. There are animal area, flower area and amusement area in the park, and all kinds of service facilities are complete. The Huancuilou Park at the foot of Gu Shan in the west is built on the mountain. Huancui Building was built in the Ming Dynasty, carved with beams and painted with buildings, flying over eaves and walking on walls. Because it is surrounded by mountains, lush, and the winner of the sea and mountains, the beauty of water and mountains is crowned as "green". 1944 was bombed by Japanese invaders. Today's Huancui Building was rebuilt on the original site by 1978. The main building is16.8m high, with three floors in total. The roof is covered with glazed tiles, with eaves and carved windows. The eaves of the building are illuminated by the three characters "Huancui Building" inscribed by the famous calligrapher Shu Tong, and the plaque "Huanting cornice" on the back of the building is inscribed by the famous calligrapher Huang Miaozi. Climbing this building, you can overlook Liu Gongdao and enjoy the city scenery of the port city Weihai. There is also a bronze statue of Deng Shichang, a great national hero, in the square in front of the park.
