(3) Pre-sale or sales license number.
2. Real estate advertisements must not contain feudal superstitious content such as Feng Shui or divination, and the description or exaggeration of the project situation must not be contrary to good social trends.
3. If ownership or use rights are involved in real estate advertisements, the basic unit of ownership or use shall be a complete production and living space with practical significance.
4. If the price is stated in the real estate advertisement, it should be clearly expressed as the actual sales price and the validity period of the price should be clearly stated.
5. The schematic diagram of the project location in the real estate advertisement should be accurate, clear and appropriately proportioned.
6. Transportation, commerce, cultural and educational facilities and other municipal conditions involved in real estate advertisements, if they are under planning or construction, should be indicated in the advertisement.
7. Real estate advertisements involving internal structure and decoration must be true and accurate.
8. Real estate advertisements shall not use the image and environment of other projects as the effect of this project.
9. If architectural design renderings or model photos are used in real estate advertisements, this shall be noted in the advertisement.
10. Financing or disguised financing shall not appear in real estate advertisements.
11. If loan services are involved in real estate advertisements, the name of the bank providing the loan, the loan amount, and the term should be stated.
12. Real estate advertisements shall not contain promises that the advertiser can handle household registration, employment, further education, etc. for the residents.
13. If real estate advertisements involve property management content, they should comply with relevant national regulations; if they involve property management content that has not yet been realized, it should be noted in the advertisement.
14. If real estate advertisements involve real estate price evaluation, the evaluation unit, appraiser and evaluation time should be indicated; if other data, statistical materials, abstracts, and quotations are used, they should be true and accurate, and the source should be indicated.

Article 14 When real estate development enterprises and real estate intermediary service agencies publish advertisements for the sale of commercial housing, they shall comply with the provisions of the "People's Liberation Army and the People's Republic of China" According to relevant regulations such as the National Advertising Law and the Interim Provisions on the Release of Real Estate Advertisements, advertising content must be true, legal, scientific, and accurate.
Article 15 The parties shall stipulate in the commercial housing sales contract the matters expressly stated in commercial housing sales advertisements and promotional materials issued by real estate development enterprises and real estate intermediary service agencies.
