The Shensuo Tower was built in the first year of Jiaqing in the Qing Dynasty (1796). It is said that it was built in the Qing Dynasty during the Jiajing Period of the Ming Dynasty (1507-1566) (see supplementary information below). It is a planar hexagonal nine-story pavilion-style brick tower. , thirty meters high. The tower hillock has a milky ridge, a hundred meters high, and a tower is built on top. Shensuo Tower has six corners and nine floors. The eaves are made of brackets, water chestnut bricks and overhanging bricks. The bottom layer has a side length of 3.95 meters and a wall thickness of 2.45 meters. The body of the tower has an inscription brick with the words "Rebuilt in the 16th year of Daoguang's reign". Except for the fifth and ninth floors, there are three doors on each floor. Doors are set on every other floor, and the doors between floors are staggered to ensure stability. The front faces east, looking directly at the county seat. The third layer of regular script on the eyebrow plaque at the main entrance reads "Hui Wenlan", and the fifth layer of regular script reads "Wuxingkui". The tower has been repaired in recent years. With Shen Suo Pagoda as the center, it was turned into a pagoda park.
In July 1990, the Shixing County People's Government announced that Shixing Shensuo Pagoda was a county-level cultural relic protection unit.
