Zhuge Liang's "Liuchu Qishan" is located in the east of Lixian County, Gansu Province, on the north side of the Western Han River, starting from Beipi (now Dabaozi Mountain in Pingquan) in the west and Lucheng (now Yan Guan Town) in the east, which is bounded by the ground. The situation controlled the offensive and defensive, so it became a battleground for Wei and Shu at that time.
Zhuge Liang and Qishan
Since Zhuge Liang followed Liu Bei down the mountain from Wollongong, he has led the Han Shu regime with extraordinary wisdom and excellent grasp of the current situation. After many battles, I finally got the qualification to compete with Cao Wei and Soochow. In Zhuge Liang's eyes, in order to help the Han Dynasty, Cao Wei must be eradicated.
He began to organize large-scale military operations again and again, and almost every time he sent troops, he had to pass through Qishan. Zhuge Liang went out of Qishan six times in his life. It is worth mentioning that although Zhuge Liang was known as "six out of Qishan" in history, he actually only sent troops to attack Qishan twice.
The first time was at the beginning of the Northern Expedition, when Cao Pi, the son of the Second Emperor Wei, just succeeded to the throne. Zhuge Liang knew that although Cao Pi was fatuous, he was no less skillful than his father Cao Cao, so during his reign, Zhuge Liang, who had always been steady, did not carry out a large-scale northern expedition.
But it's different now. Cao _ just succeeded to the throne, and the political situation in Cao Wei was unstable. It was a good opportunity to attack Wei, so Zhuge Liang quickly organized the Shu-Han army to attack Qishan in order to gain the upper hand. The second attack on Qishan occurred during Zhuge Liang's last Northern Expedition, which exhausted Zhuge Liang's painstaking efforts. Finally Zhuge Liang died here.
