Definition of air conditioning water collector and separator

Usually in the floor heating area, a large area needs to be subdivided into small pieces for control, or a house has multiple functional rooms that need to be controlled separately. At the same time, the floor heating system is affected by hydraulic characteristics, and the floor heating coil is limited by a certain length. Therefore, it is necessary to divide the heating room in the same floor heating area or in the same house into multiple loops, and each loop needs to be closed or adjusted separately. Water separator and water collector play such a role in low-temperature hot water floor radiant heating system. On the one hand, it distributes the water in the main heating pipeline according to the needs of building heating, so as to ensure that the flow of branch loops in each region meets the needs of heating load. At the same time, the water flow of each branch should be collected and input into the main heating return pipe to realize circular operation. On the other hand, it is because the functional area (room) of the building needs heating on demand. In order to facilitate regulation and control, valves are set in each branch circuit of the water separator and the water collector, and the valves undertake the task of flow distribution and regulation. The floor heating structure system is a buried heating terminal, most of which is buried in the concrete structure layer, and only the distribution main pipe is exposed.
