My unit currently has a 35-ton circulating fluidized bed boiler with a working pressure of 3.82MPa and a temperature of 450 degrees.

This boiler must be overhauled, debugged, and tested before it can be put into operation again. The boiler has been idle for four years. The specific condition of the boiler now needs to be inspected, tested, and repaired because you have not taken any protective and maintenance measures. I personally think that the work that needs to be done includes the following aspects: 1. The overall condition of the boiler appearance (beams, columns, stairs, platforms, main auxiliary machines) 2. The internal condition of the furnace (wear and corrosion of the heating surface, furnace walls and fire prevention) Internal conditions of wear-resistant castables, separators and returners) 3. Conditions of safety components such as steam drums, safety doors, pressure gauges, water levels, and thermometers 4. Protection and interlocking of boilers 5. Restoration of water supply systems (including boilers Preparation of water supply) 6. Whether the electrical, protection and control of main equipment such as fans and coal feeding are available 7. Desulfurization and dust removal device system 8. Ash removal and slag removal system 9. Automatic control of the boiler 10. Internal parts of the steam drum and pipes Cleaning and testing 11. Hydraulic pressure test and air leakage test 12. Put into operation after acceptance by relevant departments
