Jianghuai watershed is located in the middle of Anhui, with an area of about 20,000 square kilometers and an altitude of100-300m, including cities and counties such as Huoqiu and Shouxian, and it is the connecting place of ancient Wu Chu. There are clean water sources in the watershed area, from which rainfall is "diverted" to the Yangtze River or Huaihe River, with the south foot flowing to the Yangtze River and the north foot flowing to the Huaihe River.
