Which age group is the Book of Changes suitable for people to learn?

There is no such thing as the best age, and different ages have different pronunciations.

Fu Peirong, a scholar in Taiwan Province, once said: Learn Confucianism before the age of 30, Taoism at the age of 40, and Yijing after the age of 50.

Of course, this is only a rough and flexible division, especially for the general situation; Specific to everyone, you can adjust according to your own situation.

The Book of Changes, with its philosophical thinking, reveals the laws of the changes of everything and the development of future events, from which all disciplines in China and even the world can find their source.

Three characteristics of the Book of Changes:

First, change: the change of yin and yang, the change of strength, judging change, grasping change, seeing reality clearly and grasping the future are the wisdom of change;

Secondly, it is not easy: everything in the world is constantly changing. For example, the "I" in the last second may be different from the "I" in the next second, which is the law of "invariance"; Mastering the essential law of "invariability" in change is another wisdom of Yi.

Third, simplicity: no matter "change" or "unchanged", it is in my heart and has never left me. Simple or complex depends on one's cognitive ability and practical wisdom.
