Where is Haba village?

Haba village belongs to the famous scenic spot of Lijiang ancient town village.

Haba Village is located at the western foot of Haba Snow Mountain. It is a village dominated by Naxi people. It closely connects climbers with Haba Snow Mountain, and it is a Shamuni town where climbers gather. Haba Village belongs to Sanba Township, Shangri-La County. Because it is close to Lijiang border, there are more Naxi villages than other ethnic minorities. Dahaba Administrative Region governs over 1 natural villages, including Yinshan Village, Yangshan Village, Guluba, Longwangbian, Lanjia Village, Yi Village, Ozili, Ramada, Valley, Gaowan, its branches, Diguzhi and Miro, with Guluba as its central village.

Guluba and its branches, Gaowan, Diguzhi and Miro are all Naxi villages. A long time ago, Naxi people in Lijiang came here to open up wasteland, and accidentally found that the lost corn took root and sprouted on this land, confirming that it was a fertile land, so they immigrated here and settled down, becoming the earliest residents here. Therefore, Guluba means the earliest indigenous people who came here, that is, the oldest local residents. Guluba is now home to more than 8 Naxi families. Less than a mile east of Haba Village, there are two villages called Yinshan Village and Yangshan Village, which are the villages of Han people. Their ancestors migrated from Yanyuan County, the land of Bashu in Sichuan, and there are now more than 5 families.

It is said that in the early days, Mr. Feng Shui measured Feng Shui and thought it was a land of Yin and Yang gossip, hence the name. Not far from the west of Haba village, there are Longwangbian Village and Lanjia Village, which are Muslim villages. It is said that he moved from Annan village in the northern mountainous area of Sanba township, with a history of more than 8 years. His ancestors made a living by operating silver mines and smelting, and were regarded as Jews because they were good at business. On the higher hillside not far from the northwest of Longwangbian Village, there are more than 7 Yi villages. They moved from Sichuan to Luoji in Shangri-La County more than 15 years ago and then moved here. Except for two black Yi families, the rest are Bai Yi. In more than 1 kilometers north of Haba village, there are Ramada, Haicaoba village and Gudu village, all of which are Lisu villages and belong to Bai Lisu.
